How to block spam callers?

There will be situations when you may have spam callers wasting your call credits.

This is where LimeCall's blocking users feature can help you.

Go to:

Settings > Platform > BlackList

You will have 3 ways of blocking users:

• IP Address

• Phone Number

• Email Address

How to block users via phone number?

• Go to Setting > Platform > Blacklist

• Choose “Phone Number” from the drop down menu

• Enter the Phone Number and hit the Block button

• You'll see the list of your blocked Phone Numbers as shown in the screenshot above

How to block users via IP address?

• Go to Setting > Call Settings > Blacklist

• Choose “IP Address” from the drop down menu

• Enter the IP address and hit the Block button

• You'll see the list of your blocked IP

How to block users via Email address?

• Go to Setting > Call Settings > Blacklist

• Choose “Email Address” from the drop down menu

• Enter the Email address and hit the Block button

• You'll see the list of your blocked email address
