# How to block spam callers?

There will be situations when you may have spam callers wasting your call credits.

This is where LimeCall's blocking users feature can help you.

Go to:

Settings > Platform > BlackList

#### You will have 3 ways of blocking users: <a href="#you-will-have-3-ways-of-blocking-users" id="you-will-have-3-ways-of-blocking-users"></a>

* IP Address
* Phone Number
* Email Address

* Go to Setting > Platform > Blacklist
* Choose “Phone Number” from the drop down menu
* Enter the Phone Number and hit the Block button
* You'll see the list of your blocked Phone Numbers as shown in the screenshot above

* Go to Setting > Call Settings > Blacklist
* Choose “IP Address” from the drop down menu
* Enter the IP address and hit the Block button
* You'll see the list of your blocked IP
