Call button - "ENABLE" or "DISABLE" your call button.
Select Button Icon - Choose from an exciting array of button icons or upload your own design.
Button Colour - Choose your button colour or enter the colour code.
Call Button shape - Choose the shape of your Call Button, there are 3 options:
Classic
Square
Rectangle - This option allows you to add text within your call button.
Animation - "ENABLE" or "DISABLE" button animation, enhancing the presence of your button with a pulse effect.
Border - "ENABLE" or "DISABLE" place a boarder on your button.
Notification - ENABLE or DISABLE
Background style - Choose between a solid and gradient colour effect.
Button size - Use the slider to alter button size.
Border radius - Use slider to alter button radius.
Shadow - Use slider to alter button shadow
Opacity - Use slider to alter button opacity
Position On Page - Choose where you position the call button on your page. Choose from TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT, BOTTOM LEFT, BOTTOM RIGHT.
Display - Choose whether your Call Button appears on Desktop, Mobile Devices or both.
Google Analytics - Select to link your Call Button to your Google Analytics account.
Fully customise the appearance of your Call Button to reflect your brand and website.
Greeting Message - "ENABLE" or "DISABLE" your greeting message that appears alongside your Call Button.
Intro online / Intro offline - Customise an intro message for when your widget is on and offline to reflect your business hours.
Greeting online / Greeting offline - Customise a greeting message for when your widget is on and offline to reflect your business hours.
Greeting template - Choose between 2 greeting templates.
Add Quick links - Add quick links to your Call Button Bubble including, "Send Message", "Web call", "Callback", "Meeting and "Custom". Select to "ENABLE / DISABLE" or mark as "Visible".
Position - Choose the position of your Bubble.
Greeting CTA - Add a Greeting CTA Button with custom text.
Greeting delay - Delay the Bubble appearing in seconds.
Logo - Add your brands logo
Link Messaging Apps within the Bubble, including WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, your Virtual number and Facebook. Select to "ENABLE / DISABLE" and select "SAVE".
To test your newly Call Button Bubble, select "Widget Preview" displayed in the header menu.
View, configure, customize the customer facing text and test your new channel.
