Unable to send/receive SMS

Here are the main issues that may cause you not to receive / send sms and how to resolve the issue.

  1. Your LimeCall Number has SMS capability

  2. Whitelisted Countries

  3. Does the recipients number have SMS capabilities

  1. Your LimeCall Number has SMS capability

To check this, go to Numbers

Identify the number in question. It's SMS and MMS capabilities will be displayed.

  1. Has the country you are attempting to SMS been 'Whitelisted'?

Most major countries will automatically be whitelisted:

Free trial users are can access to USA/UK trial numbers.

To access numbers for our 46+ countries upgrade to a paid plan.

We also provide custom plans for any country that is not on the list.

Please contact us regarding your trial for any specific country that can be enabled after a verification.
