How to assign an incoming number?

Here we will review how to add a number, then assign the number to an individual user or team.
Let's get started...
Step 1 : Go to 'Numbers'
Step 2 : Click 'Add Number'
Step 3 : Choose a 'Local' or 'Toll Free Numbers'
Step 4 : Choose the required number then click '+ADD'
Step 5 : Choose and Confirm Payment method
Step 6 : You can purchase and add as many numbers as your business requires by repeating the above steps and assign them to your preferred widget, user or team.
Step 7 : To assign the number to a user or team go to:
'Numbers' and select 'Manage'.
Select 'Call Forwarding'
Select whether the number is forwarded to a User, Team, Platform, Voicemail, Phone menu. Then select from the list of users or teams.
Step 8 : You can remove the assigned number and assign another number for the preferred widget.
