Here's how to manage the sms using LimeCall's Admin Web Dashboard

Go to your Conversations Inbox

Here you can manage all SMS messages from all virtual numbers, and channels including WhatsApp.

View your inbox, messages assigned to a user or team, all messages and mentions.

View messages by number or channel.

Reply and add notes to messages. Snooze and close.

Lead contact information appears in the 'details panel'.

View conversation info, feedback, previous conversations and notes.
