Call Recording

Here's how to activate call recording

To record all incoming and outgoing calls, to go:

Numbers > Manage

Select 'Call Recording' and activate by turning 'on'.

The call recording status is displayed as 'active' within the numbers page.

Important Information

Only Admin Users can activate / deactivate call recording.

You've successfully activated call recording. All inbound and outbound calls will be recorded.

To review call records, choose the call you wish to review from the Lead page and click 'play'

The record is also available in the 'Lead Preview'.

Click 'preview' on the desired lead. The window will open.

Select the recording and click 'play'.
