# How to add business hours to reflect team availability?

Set your company's business hours to let your customers know about your availability.

You can also set individual user and team availability.

**Business / Company Hours**

Go to Settings > Company > Business Hours section, you will be able to update the timezone and company working hours.

Set your office hours - 'Turn ON'.<br>

**Individual User / Team Hours**

Go to Settings > Personal > Working Hours section, you will be able to update the timezone and user working hours.

Set your working hours - 'Turn ON'.
