You may access this via Widget > Widget Templates
Your Widget will allow leads and customers the option of scheduling calls.
Go to your Home page of the LimeCall Dashboard
It displays the total number of scheduled calls.
To view and manage individual scheduled calls, go to the Lead Page and select 'call type'.
It will display scheduled calls, you can filter and view past and upcoming calls.
By opening the Lead Preview, you call also view the scheduled call details and review any previous conversations with the lead or customer.
Ensure Notifications are enabled for Scheduled Calls
Integrate your calendar to prevent double booking and ensure your team's availability is correct.
