# What is the time limit per call?

An average call lasts less than 600 seconds (10 minutes).

By default, the Maximum Call Time is set at 600 seconds.

If you require calls to be of a greater or shorter length of time, this can be easily changed in settings by following the steps below:

Settings > Platform > Calls>> Advanced Call Settings > Max Call Time

<figure><img src="/files/uA9ux0gDpKqrj5ShSifo" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Simply change the call time to the required length and click 'SAVE'.

Please remember the units are measured in SECONDS.
