# Unable to purchase incoming number

Here are the main issues that may prevent the purchase of an incoming number and how to resolve the issue.

1. **Account Status Verified**
2. **Trial Expired**
3. **Payment method not added / updated**

Please check the following steps have been completed:

1. **Account Status Verified**

If your trial or account is not Activated or Verified it will not work.&#x20;

Have you:

* Verified your email address?
* Verified your phone number?
* Received your verification call from our team?&#x20;

If your account has not been activated or verified by our team please contact us at <support@limecall.com>

2. **Trial Expired**

Your trial is valid for 14 days from the date of sign up. You will receive a notification via email when it expires.

3. **Payment method not added / updated**

Go to [Settings > Billing > Payment Methods](https://platform.limecall.com/settings/billing/payment_methods)

Here you can add / edit your existing payment method or add aditiional.

Upgrade from your trial to add additional numbers.

Some countries will require additional verification documents to purchase.
