How to check the activity of Leads?

We appreciate the more information acquired about a lead, a more informed decision can be made on each leads validity.

In addition to contact information and usual data, each lead has the the following:

  • Lead Form

  • Lead Data

  • Notes

  • Visitor Activity

  • Activities

  • Timeline, including logs and customer journey.

You can view this in Dashboard > Leads

Click on the Lead ID to view all activity information
