# Configure Virtual Number (If assigned)

This section covers how to configure your virtual number.

### **Important Information**

This section requires additional permission settings, if you cannot access, contact your Administrator. Your assigned virtual number will be configured for you.

Go to [Platform > Numbers](https://platform.limecall.com/numbers)

Configure all aspects of your virtual number with simple clicks including:

* Phone Menu&#x20;
* Phone Status&#x20;
* Call Recording&#x20;
* Users&#x20;
* Notes&#x20;
* Call Forwarding&#x20;
* Voicemail&#x20;
* IVR
* Greeting Messages&#x20;
* Business Hours&#x20;
* Auto Responses

To ensure Agents have permission to make and receive calls

Go to Manage Number > Add Users

Add specific Users to your virtual number

Choose from where you wish calls to this virtual number are forwarded

You may have several virtual numbers for either departments, or various countries, with agents agent assigned to a specific number.

Each virtual number is managed separately, giving you complete flexibility and control!
