# Where do messages from the LimeCall widget go?

All messages can be viewed in the Conversion Inbox and will be sent to the company's notifying email.

Go to: Dashboard > Conversations

Messages can also be seen under the Lead details page.

You will also receive Email / Browser / Slack / SMS notifications if you have enabled them.
