Sending an SMS from your LimeCall platform couldn't be easier!

Go to Platform > Leads

Select the 'Send SMS & MMS' icon located in the top right of your screen.

The SMS window will open.

If you use multiple numbers, you can select which number you want to place a call with by selecting the relevant number from the 'From' drop down list.

Enter the number you are sending the message to.

Compose the message.

You can schedule the message to send or send instantly.

You've now sent an SMS!

To send an SMS to an existing lead or contact.

Locate the contact in the Leads page and select the SMS icon.

Repeat the same steps as above.

SMS messages will appear appear in your Conversations Inbox and within the activity section of the contact.
