Setting up Call Scheduling

Follow our Call Scheduling Checklist to set up Call Scheduling on your LimeCall Widget.

Once the Checklist is complete, leads and customers will have the option to scheduling a call at a time that best suits them!

You are able set the amount of lead time before a callback.

Some users prefer allowing their visitors to schedule an automated call instead of an instant callback, simply for more prep and lead time before returning a callback.

You may access this via Widget > Widget Templates

Your Widget will allow leads and customers the option of scheduling calls.

Managing Scheduled Calls

Go to your Home page of the LimeCall Dashboard

It displays the total number of scheduled calls.

To view and manage individual scheduled calls, go to the Lead Page and select 'call type'.

It will display scheduled calls, you can filter and view past and upcoming calls.

By opening the Lead Preview, you call also view the scheduled call details and review any previous conversations with the lead or customer.
